HR Cafe began with a simple idea — serve the fried chicken, momos and chai we'd want to eat ourselves, made fresh and served warm.
What started as a modest counter on Arcot Road in Karambakkam quickly became a neighbourhood habit. Regulars came for the crunch, stayed for the chai, and brought their friends. Every plate still goes out made to order, the way it did on day one.
